The Casa Bosque Verde has 3 levels of rates which INCLUDE all Local Costa Rican taxes and maid service before and after your reservation:
Christmas, NewYear, Thanks Giving and Easter Weeks:
$2,450 per week, or 275 per night with a 4 night minium stay.
High Season: December, January, February, March, April:
$1,600 US per week, or 240/night with a 3 night minimum;
Low/Green Season: May to November:
$1,200/week, or 175/night 3 night Minimum
Discounts are available for longer stays and Ticos. Please contact us to
determine if such discounts apply to you.
Additional Services. All other services such as tours, chef, and spa services are additional.

10. Preference for Payment (PayPal - Visa, Mastercard; Wire Transfer)
An invoice will be emailed to you after availability is confirmed, and your information is recieved. Full payment is required through Pay Pal VISA or MC; or direct Bank Wire Transfer. Please note Discover Card is not accepted.
Once payment occurs, key pick-up, concierge information, and full directions will be forwarded to you.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival, cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in no refund on any deposit or payment.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations or evict guests at anytime due to any unforeseen difficulties, use of the house for anything other than for a vacation stay, or abuse or misuse of the facilities, furniture, property or its contents other than for what it was designed.
We reserve the right to charge for all damages and for any additional charges to Casa Bosque Verde during your stay. Additional minimum processing fees for handling damages and other charges may also apply if damages or difficulties occur due to your stay.
